EGB Capital Inc. is led by Joseph Clohessy, a management veteran with broad leadership experience. Joseph has led large business units for a Fortune 500 company in the General Manager role and holds an MBA from Management Centre Innsbruck - MCI - The Entrepreneurial School® and a Master of Global Management from Royal Roads University. He uses the self-funded entrepreneurship through acquisition model to acquire firms, completing the first acquisition for EGB Capital in 2024. Madison Clohessy joined EGB Capital in the spring of 2024 after completing her studies at UBC and graduating with Bachelor of Management with honours.

His extensive expertise extends to the tourism industry, where he has amassed over 30 years of proficiency, including a notable 17-year stint with a Fortune 500 company. Holding an MBA from Management Centre Innsbruck - MCI - The Entrepreneurial School® and a Master of Global Management from Royal Roads University, Joseph is well-equipped to contribute a wealth of knowledge to EGB Capital.

Madison Clohessy, BMgt.
Graduating with honours from the University of British Columbia Okanagan Campus, Madison earned a Bachelor of Management with a minor in Psychology, receiving the Head of Graduating Class Medal for her devoted work ethic, exceptional academic discipline, and excellence in scholarly activity. Madison’s academic journey provided her with a robust understanding of business principles and financial analysis, complemented by insights into human behavior and organizational dynamics.
Madison is integral to our investment process, engaging in the evaluation, analysis, and management of investment opportunities. Her role encompasses performing detailed financial modeling, preparing investment memos, and supporting portfolio management initiatives.
